I trained at Leith's (Essentials Course, 2010) to work a season in Switzerland, and have since worked with catering companies large and small and for events and roles in the UK and France.
My menu is a collection of favourite recipes, mostly Mediterranean, tried and tested over ten years. I enjoy cooking with quality and fresh ingredients, especially herbs and seasonal produce. I really became interested in food living in Italy as a student.
I am an amateur cheese maker and know a bit about artisan cheese, even more important, where to get hold of it. If you would like a cheese platter please put in a request.
