About me


I have always had a passion for making and eating good food! Growing up, my mother always ensured that my 3 siblings and I had hearty home cooked meals after school and I have fond memories often watching and helping her in the kitchen. This instilled my love of cooking and from a young age I would always be eager to bake, often forcing my siblings to eat all sorts of things as I learnt.

Through my years at University and years working in marketing, I was still cooking for family and friends, constantly creating new recipes to share. Although I knew my way around a kitchen I have always wanted to make it my career so in December 2019 I quit my job and embarked on a professional culinary education, enrolling at Le Cordon Bleu in London on their Plant Based Culinary Diploma. I learnt so much on the course that consolidated and furthered my knowledge about plant based ingredients and how to make outstanding dishes without the use of meat or dairy.

My food philosophy is to create meals that are delicious using high quality ingredients first and foremost, with the fact that it is vegan a secondary afterthought. My menu consists of mainly vegan dishes with a few vegetarian options as well to ensure that their are plenty of choices for everyone. If you are interested in trying more plant based cuisine or have been following a vegan lifestyle for a while, I would love to be able to cook for you in the comfort of your own home for you and your loved ones.
