Having grown up in West Sussex where my mother has a catering business, I have been surrounded by delicious food from a young age, often helping out in the kitchen.
I have always been passionate about food and throughout university I was routinely cooking for friends and family. Afterwards I went to Ashburton Cookery School to learn more skills and improve my techniques.
Since then I have done 3 amazing ski seasons cooking in a chalet in France for 8-16 guests, where I was able to create and adapt my menu each week to suit the guests. In between winter seasons I have been cooking for private family holidays across the UK and France as well as cooking for dinner parties, birthday parties and other special occasions.
I am flexible in my approach to menu choices and adept at suiting all types of dietary requirements, always striving to produce the most delicious food.
