I'm a creative and passionate chef, obsessed with all things food, and always trying to find weird and wonderful ingredients to create new dishes. I love seasonal and local produce and I feel very strongly about reducing food waste, so you won't find any extra veg trimmings in the kitchen - everything is getting used! I grew up in South Africa and I've travelling extensively, so I try and bring these influences into my cooking. Expect beautifully simple food, big on flavour.
