About me


Kat is a cook, recipe developer, amateur photographer and forager. Her food is driven by quality, simplicity and seasonality. Growing up in the British countryside Kat has always enjoyed the outdoors, foraging for wild food, and growing her own from a young age.

Having completed a qualification with Leith’s cookery school and heading to uni to study business, working as a chef in France and Wiltshire, she went onto pursue a career in food PR whilst also continuing to cook during in her free time. She has cooked at Scottish Lodges, in holiday homes in France and Cornwall, in Val d'Isère for a season, at the Wimbledon Tennis Championships, and many more exciting places. Kat has also worked at various gastropubs, cooking seasonal British classics.
