About me


Brought up in a family with a hospitality business in the French Alps as well as in a Burgundy vineyard, my passion for good quality food and wine has grown dramatically over the years.

I polished my culinary skills as I trained at Let's Cook Scotland, an agency in Perthshire close to where I am from. My confidence in the kitchen has grown over the years, particularly following a 4 month ski season catering independently for groups of 6-8 each week in Meribel, aged 18.

Since then I have enjoyed catering for groups for weeks at a time across the UK, through both agency and independent work, sharing my love for deliciously crafted and seasonal dishes all year round. I am extremely flexible in my cooking and will happily cater for adults and children, all dietary requirements, and special celebrations. (Feel free to enquire if you might like a dish that isn't listed on the menu below)
