Having grown up on a farm, I have been surrounded and fascinated by food and fresh produce from a young age.
After leaving school, I completed a month’s long cooking course at The Food of Course Cookery School, Somerset. Since then, I have done a ski season in Verbier cooking for 6-8 guests, worked for a catering company in Essex, cooked for a number of families doing private cooking jobs including; dinner parties, birthdays, cooking in Scottish lodges, cooking for a family of 20 guests in Anglesey and for a family of 16 guests in Cornwall.
I will be starting the Leith's Three Term Diploma in October'20 to take my career to the next level.
