Trained at the Edinburgh School of Food and Wine, Veronica has 10+ years international experience as a private chef.
Veronica has been working as a private chef over a decade, & over that time has gained extensive knowledge & experience in a huge variety of environments. From a questionable start as a 19 year old pub head chef, to catering intimate private dinner parties, to feeding Hollywood's most demanding stars through gruelling film shoots; & food styling, home economy, & recipe writing for international household brands, there is no challenge too big or too small.. With that level of variety, inevitably come plenty of 'dietary requirements', & be it ketogenic, vegan, coeliac, onlygreenjuiceandrawsteakduringtheweekbutdoughnutsandicecreamattheweekends, Veronica loves finding ways to make sure everyone gets to enjoy truly great food.
